Job Description Job Description ACS System Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Mechanical Construction Cost Control Engineer o join our Team. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and project budgets • Monitor and prepare cost reports and forecasts • Analyze labor materials • Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions • Support change order pricing and negotiations • Assist in project closeout and final cost reporting Requirements: • Min 5 years of experience in Mechanical Construction cost control • Cost Control, estimating, and project controls experience • Experience working on large scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects and strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Why ACS: Our mission is to provide our employees with an honest and helpful working environment, where every employee individually and collectively, can dedicate themselves to providing our customers with exceptional workmanship, extraordinary service, and professional integrity.
