with contractors, distributors, and other industry partners who

are engaged, trained, and equipped to promote program offerings and
deliver high-quality customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a network of trade allies through regular
communication and support Provide training on program requirements,
incentives, and best practices Monitor partner performance and
helpoptimizeresults Recruit new trade allies to expand market reach
Assistpartners with project submissions and compliance requirements
Track activities andmaintainaccuratedata in CRM systems
Qualifications 24 years in account management, partnerships, energy
programs, HVAC, construction, or related fields Strong
communication,relationshipbuilding, andproblemsolvingskills Ability
to manage multiple partners and deadlines Proficiencyin Microsoft
365 and CRM tools
