Gastroenterologist Our client one of the largest Gastroenterology Specialty groups in the U.S. is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join its group near Philadelphia PA. Our biggest strength is the culture within our practices. Bottom line, our physicians have families that they prioritize - your professional life would not come at the expense of a healthy family life. Our practice will encompass the Philadelphia PA area with four practices within a fifty mile radius with coverage and hospital permission in the four major facilities in the market area. Call Coverage is 1:5 with a 4.5 day work week. Benefits Partners get 6 weeks off. Eligible to buy into ownership at the end of the first year of employment. Very high earnings Fellowship stipend: $2,500/month from time of signing until start date. 2k/month if more than a year of payments. Profit Interest Payment: $150,000 for Fellows, $200,000 for experienced physicians - when they become partner. This is a very unique benefit, very much like a stock option given to an employee. Health, Dental, Vision Retirement Sign on Bonus up to 125k
