In this role, you will serve as trusted partner and valued resource for all Sales Leadership level support needs and requirements. You will lead a team of analysts that supports the sales teams with reporting, data analysis, funnel management, systems and data maintenance, training and education, and sales tool adoption. You will serve as single point of contact for navigating cross functional internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide-variety of field escalated support needs. You will drive and innovate the sales support infrastructure that enables the field to sell more, save time and be more prepared. Role and Responsibilities What you'll do: * People Manage - First and foremost, you will be responsible for the continuous development of (2-3) analysts who are responsible for various operational functions across data management, systems and process * Strategize - Devise and execute operational initiatives against the overall sales org strategy for growing the Display business * Analyze: Pipeline, forecast, achievement data with continuous focus on optimized data infrastructure and automation * Influence - Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, marketing, operations, product, engineering and support teams to improve sales operation infrastructure & technology stack Example Responsibilities: * Create and manage forecast dashboards, funnel analysis and management, sales hierarchy management and maintenance, salesforce.com data integrity, target account list, data analysis, reporting, navigating internal operational resources, etc. * Provide custom reporting, metrics, and data analysis, as required (i.e. revenue by year, spend by product, dashboards, etc.). Partner with internal business teams for data compilation and execution * Develop and drive initiatives related to sales Pipeline and Opportunity inspection * Manage and maintain sales process adherence with Sales Representatives * Manage territory re-alignments and sales structural changes * Set and manage quarterly achievement targets and performance * Drive adoption of new tools and processes that increase selling time, improve sales efficiency, effectiveness and enable them to spend more time in front of customers * Single point of contact for navigating internal operational resources to manage and resolve a wide variety of field escalated issues and needs * Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales org * Interface with Sales Leadership to identify support needs & trends that increase selling * Partner with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data * Voice of Field and represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects Skills and Qualifications Background and Experience: * A minimum of 6-8 years related experience * Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and work experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support Operations. MBA a plus * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ preferred * Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses, Data Cubes preferred * Tableau experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills required * Strong analytical/problem solving skills required * Advanced Excel skills (Ad hoc reports, dashboards, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) * Exceptional presentation skills required.
