Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk.



Position Type: Full-time Contract, Potential Contact to Hire

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Clifton, New Jersey



As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will:



Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
Receives incoming materials, and unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
Maintains records of received goods, packing sheets, and other documents.
Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.
Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
Perform picking and kitting per parts list. Verify all related documentation for accuracy and set-up kit for delivery to manufacturing.
Perform receiving by verifying parts against receiving manifest for accuracy and quantity.
Perform Put-away of material received ensuring all transactions are complete.
Execute requisitions for items in the stockroom, secure correct materials, and issues to requesting department.
Perform cycle counts and reconcile counts utilizing various applications and systems.
Perform weekly purge of expendables in accordance with provided shelf life procedure and tracking sheets.



Available Shifts:

1st Shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd shift 3:30 PM-12 AM



The ideal candidate will have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to accommodate overtime nights/weekends and the potential to work second shift as needed.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $22-$26 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
