Supply Chain Analyst -
Pay rate range: $24/hr. to 27/hr. on w2
Top Skill Sets - Background and experience in SCM and knowledge of
its operational & planning processes
- Intermediate Excel skills (Macros is not needed) - ability to
pull large data sets and create ad hoc reports for upper
management
- Versatile and quick to learn; can be trained quickly and
easily
-Flexible work schedule, able to work OT as needed

Summary:
The Supply Chain Management - Strategic Operations Team is
responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted
demand for eStore business. Forecasts are generated via consensus
calls with eCommerce team, and Product Marketing Teams using
spreadsheets, Systems and Tools (GSBN, GSCM and NERP). This team
will ensure that there is supply allocation against the forecast in
timely manner, and our warehouse's carry the optimal level of
inventory to fulfill direct-to-consumer orders -
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the planning
and operations of a product category and will oversee the end- to-
end process, from Sellout Forecasting entry in the system, to Stock
transfer's within each warehouse. This person will support SCM
eStore reporting and STO Management for various categories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly CPFR calls with internal stakeholders
- Ensure the POS sellthru forecasts are aligned to historical
trends, future price, and promotional roadmap for 20+ weeks out
- Manage the AP1 by site to maintain target WOS
- Identify and provide early warnings to key stakeholders for aging
inventory in the eStore SLOC
- Manage STO/ DO creation and follow up as needed. Provide and
publish weekly tracking information
-Work closely with LPS team to ensure STO/ DO's are processed
- Maintain the product hierarchy and Master UI's in SCM systems
(GSBN and GSCM) by removing EOL SKUs, adding newly launching models
and updating the BOD table
- Collaborate with the Order Fulfillment team to help reduce
Customer delays and out of stocks
- Track and report weekly KPI metrics and provide root cause/
mitigation plans for any misses
- Create and publish weekly SCM reports such as needed
Skills:
- 1-3 years background experience in SCM and knowledge of its
operational & planning processes

Task Description:
1. Sellout and sell-in forecasting by Product/SKU level
2. Consensus Calls with eCommerce and Product Marketing Teams
3. Manage optimal inventory levels at site level, Aging Inventory
and WoS tracking
4. Monitor weekly STO status (end to end) with Demand Fulfillment /
Ecommerce Teams
5. (KPI & Reporting): Weekly / Monthly KPI tracking, reporting and
analysis
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
--- Undergraduate Degree in SCM or similar
--- 1-3 year work experience in relevant field
--- Excellent Analytical, Communication and Computer Skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite
SAP/ NERP experience helpful
--- Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
--- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business
environment
