seeking a talented Support Analyst (Remote) to join our team to
help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.
Job Summary:
As a Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to kick your
game up a notch by operating as a true business partner with
clients and internal stakeholders across a wide variety of
industries, interacting with decision makers and influencing
project outcomes. Your success will be enhanced by leveraging our

What you will do: Collaborate with clients and key internal
stakeholders to address requests, inquiries, and client related
issues. Ensure that clients receive timely and accurate updates and
information via phone, email and the case management system. Play a
key role in troubleshooting client inquiries including
reconciliation matters and application questions. Work directly
with Development, QA, other departments to determine solutions.
Interact with clients and Support staff via email and issues
reported via phone. Assist with weekly/monthly SLA reports for
specific clients Performs ongoing activities to maintain and
enhance overall Support group performance. Perform other duties
and/or special projects as assigned.What You Will Need to be
SuccessfulRequired Qualifications: Experience in the financial
and/or banking industry (Reconciliation) 5+ years of client facing
Support of Implementation experience effectively handling payment,
banking or data-related projects/applications. Knowledge of
Salesforce.com and Jira Service desk a plus! Experience with
payments (EBPP/EIPP) preferred; knowledge of XML, APIs and Jira
Software considered a significant plus. Great interpersonal skills
with the ability to establish, manage, and maintain good
relationships. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability
to keep things moving and staying on track. Proficiency in MS
Office Suite, especially word and excel in a project management
environment. Bachelor's degree in a related area
