Description:BASIC FUNCTION: Maintains LESC buildings in repair including plumbing, electricity and maintenance of all facilities. Maintains and cleans all common areas of the building, both inside and outside, keeping them decent, safe and sanitary.LOCATION: Bronx, NY 10456SCHEDULE: Full-time (2 positions available)1) Monday-Thurs 8AM-4PM; Fri 12:30-8:30PM2) Sun/Tues/Thurs 8AM-4PM; Mon/Wed 12:30-8:30PMRATE: $18/hrWe offer excellent benefits including:
