**Transportation Dispatch Coordinator**at Weee! Inc Clifton, New

and an eventual public listing.**Responsibilities*** Manage the
loading process such as scanning, building pallets, securing
freight and order organization* Ensure that all driver loads are
built accurately.* Plan, optimize, distribute, monitor and
follow-up with daily route assignments to ensure customers are
serviced per company expectation. Communicate with drivers to make
sure they are dispatched timely and accurately.* Create initiatives
to make sure service levels are met on a daily basis.* Develop
transportation plans to support events including holidays,
short-term open/close schedules and seasonality.* Identify and
communicate current or future transportation issues, as well as
recovery plans.* Actively work with drivers and warehouse staff
with the KPI's, loading process, IT support, and coaching where
needed.* Record shipment details on the computer system.* Perform
in collaboration with Transportation Manager to enhance load
capacity and reduce damaged merchandise and loading
errors.**Qualifications*** E-Commerce last mile delivery
experience* 1-3 years experience in planning, transportation,
supply chain, or logistics must.* Knowledge of DOT and OSHA
guidelines * Knowledge of any Transportation Management Systems is
preferred.* Proficiency with MS Office.* Routing Software
experience a plus* Knowledge of New Jersey/New York, Philadelphia,
Boston and Washington DC routing areas a plus* Great Work ethic*
Detail Orientated* Flexibility (Early mornings, weekends, Holidays)
