Maintenance Coordinator

This HANDS-ON Maintenance Position is available immediately
Full-time 12 Month Position
School District Maintenance Experience Preferred

This hands on maintenance position will help repair and maintain school district mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, electrical repairs and HVAC maintenance. In addition, this position will assist the buildings and grounds director in supervising maintenance workers.

High School Diploma required
Minimum three (3) years of Maintenance Worker experience required
Licensed Trade strongly desired (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC, etc.)
Black Seal License preferred
High Level of interpersonal and communication skills required.

Additional Duties
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
