Job Title: E-Commerce Carrier Financing Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bellevue, WA/Plano TX/ Ridgefield Park NJ

Pay Range: $53/hr. to $55/hr. on W2

Position Summary:
The Carrier Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating carrier financing program's performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in analysis of promotion, sales, and financial data, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The Carrier Finance Analyst is a key member of the Strategy & Planning group, responsible for reconciling carrier mirrored promotion sales data and reporting.
This role will help to centralize piece of information among eCommerce category managers and carrier account team. Individual must be organized, have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
--- Analyze carrier mirrored promotion information to support Sales Finance team to determine accrual and reconcile claims.
--- Monthly reporting about promotion performance and publish the report to 3 internal carrier account team.
--- Communicate with carriers account team, eCommerce category manager regularly to synchronize carrier mirroring promotion program, and collateral requirements for reporting.
--- Collaborate with Sales finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of accrual and claim.
--- Manage and maintain carrier mirroring promotion dashboard and promotion master data.
--- Assist with other financial analysis and administrative tasks as needed

Background/Experience
--- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of directly related experience is required.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau
--- Previous experience in business planning, financial analysis or similar function, with a focus on business development and supporting online business.

--- Excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
--- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues.
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
