Description: Job Title: Associate Manager, Production Planning Job Code: SAS20230302-96593 Job Location: Clifton, NJ Job Description: Leader with strong knowledge of production planning and broad knowledge of project management. Ability to manage complex projects to drive continuous improvement. Experience in managing planning related processes including, BOM management, Work Order releases and other MRP based processes. Collaborate with material planning and other teams to ensure on time delivery of material for manufacturing. Essential Functions:

• Insures kits are completed and ready to go
• Confirms BOM and paperwork/labels are correct
• Make sure kit is downloaded ontime and delivered to the stocktoom. Also confirms stockroom is kitting in the right amount of time
• Need to be able to partner with different functions within operations.
• Responsible for partering with business integration team
• Partner with Value Stream Managers to also understand their forcasting of resources for each work center
• Ability to create and monitor performance metrics to sustain improvements and monitor compliance to current processes.
• Proven ability of providing guidance, coaching, and training to direct reports.
• Contributes to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.)
• MRP execution for on time delivery
• Responsible for administration and data integrity of MES System Qualifications:
  • Requires strong knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills:
    • Ability to get DoD Secret clearance
    • Knowledge of MRP (CONTROL), MS office suite (advanced EXCEL skills), data analytics skills (Tableau).
