Job Description Position: Material Planner Intern Department:
Purchasing Dept Reporting Structure: Reports to Purchasing Manager
Reporting to this position: No direct reports BASIC FUNCTION Assist
the Purchasing Dept with PO entry, PO monitoring, detailed data
entry in both Macola and custom made excel reports the Supply Chain
Team uses to help make accurate business decisions. Frequently
communicate with vendors via phone & email, concerning purchase
orders, deliveries and any anticipated issues. Correspond with
Account Management, Planning, Warehouse and Finance departments.
- Create, issue, confirm and troubleshoot purchase orders from
placement to in house delivery
- Assist and aid RM Planners with the Stock Equation Report to
capture shop order alterations to keep a healthy inventory
- Assist and aid RM Planners with purchase orders clean ups on a
- Update appropriate trackers and alert overall team of any raw
supply disruption or issues that has an impact to overall
- Update raw material lead times, pack size, pricing etc. in
Macola MRP system for accuracy
- Responsible for requesting missing documents (CoA/SDS/Packing

--- Must be a 2022 to 2024 graduate
--- Must have basic English oral, written and communication
--- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup,
excel tables), Word and Outlook.

years of general administrative experience in a manufacturing
