American Medical Associates - A skilled nursing facility located in Clifton, NJ -is currently seeking an experienced -Nursing Home -Administrator.

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

Must have current NJ Administrator license
Must have long term care experience
Must have current experience as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility
Must have at LEAST 2-3 years of experience as an Administrator

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
