Job Description: Project Support Specialist

The Project Support Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of customer facing outreach communication materials. They will receive packet specifications to be printed, assembled and distributed to customers in the applicable locations statewide per the week s schedule. Any significant findings while delivering customer outreach materials should be documented and communicated to ensure resolution and close out.


Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Valid NJ Driver License
Reliable Transportation
Preferred skills include campaign canvassing, door to door delivery, bilingual not required but a plus
Ability to walk many miles per day good physical condition
Ability to travel throughout *** service territory - reimbursement will be provided

*Must be able to walk miles for day, good physical condition

*Spanish is a plus!
*Work week: Monday Friday, 8-4:30
*Work reporting location: Clifton, NJ (field outreach will mainly in the northern and central *** service territory)
*Reimbursement for mileage and tolls
