mission.POSITION OBJECTIVES:The Real World Data Center of
Excellence is meant to foster an environment that simplifies and
accelerates collaboration-driven insights that enable data driven
business decisions by bringing best practices and standardizing
approaches to common questions involving real world data.The
Real-World Data (RWD) Subject Matter Expert is responsible for
providing high quality, on-time input to internal and client
projects in the life sciences field. Assignments range in
complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in
the development of more complex solutions. The role may serve as
project leader for small teams or work streams.POSITION
ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and implement RWD strategies to
efficiently address business needs.Collaborate internally and
externally to address unmet RW needs and advise on best
practicesStrengthen partnerships with stakeholders within the
organization and externally with platform vendors, RWD innovators,
FDA etc.Act as a knowledge developer and repository around RWD best
practices, FDA policies, publications etc related to RWD.CORE
ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE Develop subject matter expertise on
United States RWD assetsContribute to and present to various
stakeholders for purposes of data training and data
capabilitiesAssist with driving results on data enhancement
initiatives for RWD assets and offeringsCommunicate with
stakeholders to ensure usage of the data and to roll out current
changes or updates to the dataParticipate in the delivery of
projects in collaboration with the real-world evidence teamDevelop
detailed documentation and specificationsDesign, structure, and
deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the
characteristics or needs of the audience; perform qualitative
and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the validation of
deliverablesRecommend improvements and alternative solutions to
resolve problemsFollow up with stakeholders after project
deliverable has been completed to ensure satisfactionProactively
develop broader and deeper knowledge of related methodologies and
pharmaceutical market through research and in
trainingTechnical/Functional (Line) Expertise Comprehensive
understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug
developmentUnderstand and enable analytic infrastructure, including
CFR 11 certified software tools, semi-automated, validated SAS
algorithms and a skilled data visualization team offer efficient
delivery of research and rapid analytics Leadership Demonstrated

generationProficient in programming with experience in SQL, R, or
PythonStrong communicator, both written and oral, with the ability
to translate client needs into actionable data solutions and
influence peopleExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
skillsExpertise in and passion for solving challenges by leveraging
the RWD data assetsExpertise in identifying and communicating data
