Contract/Temporary

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lodi, NJ

Salary: $18-20/hour

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
Manage incoming customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify areas for improvement in customer service and recommend solutions
Meet and exceed customer service targets and objectives
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
