Wire Xfer Compliance Processor

Job Description:

The Wire Transfer Compliance Processor will Review and verify all outgoing wire transfers in compliance with the Wire Verification Group policies and procedures including compliance with AML/BSA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure wire requests are properly reviewed to identify any potential AML/BSA issues.
Conducts call backs to external customers aiding in the prevention of wire fraud.
Maintain documents to remain with Regulatory Compliance guidelines.
Upon identification of any potential AML/BSA issues immediately notify Supervisor for further instructions.
Communicate with Retail Banking and other internal departments to provide solutions to customer issues.
Provide excellent customer service through the timely verification of outgoing wire transfers.
