And when it comes to wellness, nature is a pretty good place to start.Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative will process orders via e-mail, phone and/or fax for independent retail partners, regional and hybrid chains, and distributors.Additional responsibilities include:Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with retailers via ACD phone systemReview/Release orders through EDIWorks closely with Sales Team to achieve new product placements, ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve retailer issuesProvide primary sales support to low volume accountsProcess returns, credit memos and cancellation requestsCreates and update reports in ExcelParticipate in special projects to promote business growth Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of experience in Customer ServiceAcute business acumenMicrosoft Word, Outlook requiredIntermediate level Excel skills requiredAS-400/or SAP experienceEDI experience a plusAble to communicate in Spanish a plusExcellent writing, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work both within a team environment and autonomouslyAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Ref # POS000004638
