Trusts & Estates Paralegal Location: New Jersey Full-Time |
Onsite What You’ll Do: Handle all phases of estate and trust
administration, including probate Prepare federal and state estate
tax returns and fiduciary accountings Communicate regularly with
clients, financial advisors, and accountants Draft legal
correspondence, deeds, and trust funding documents Coordinate asset
valuations and distributions Maintain client files, tax return
documentation, and internal tracking systems What You’ll Bring: 5
years of T&E paralegal experience in a law firm Experience with
estate tax software (ONESOURCE/FastTax), HotDocs, and Microsoft
Word Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to
manage multiple matters independently College degree or paralegal
certificate required (JD/paralegal candidates considered)
