Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case
strategies. Prepare various legal documents, such as motions,
pleadings, briefs, and correspondence. Advise clients by weighing
available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of
action. Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law
clerks. Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal
proceedings. Experience you will need: Experience with Chapter 7
and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Litigation experience is a plus. Ability
to research and write compelling legal arguments. Familiarity with
current technology. Must be barred in Connecticut and live within
30 minutes of Hartford.
