Responsibilities: -Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and equitable distribution. -Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. -Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances. -Provide clients with clear legal advice and effective strategies tailored to their needs. -Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest quality legal representation. Qualifications: -Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing). -3 years of experience practicing family law preferred; strong litigation skills are a plus. -Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. -A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
