Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Technical Support Specialist. This role involves providing
exceptional support to customers while managing technical cases
from start to finish. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless
communication, documentation, and collaboration across departments
to achieve efficient problem resolution. Responsibilities: • Manage
technical cases from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and
accurate resolution. • Maintain clear and attentive communication
with customers throughout the support process. • Document all
activities, testing outcomes, and resolutions with attention to
detail. • Provide assistance to internal teams in quality
assurance, testing, and tracking hardware and software issues. •
Troubleshoot software-related technical issues as your expertise
develops. • Identify and address process inefficiencies, proposing
improvements to streamline workflows. • Collaborate effectively
with engineering, logistics, and sales teams to resolve complex
issues. • Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure
all cases are updated promptly. • 1–3 years of experience in
technical support, operations, quality assurance, or
hardware/software coordination. • Proven ability to manage tasks
from start to finish and resolve issues independently. • Excellent
attention to detail with experience working in tracking systems and
maintaining documentation. • Strong written and verbal
communication skills, with a focus on customer service. • Ability
to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and
efficiency. • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about
computer networks, endpoint devices, security systems, or software
environments. • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, or
Microsoft 365 Lists. • Fluency in an additional language is
beneficial but not required.
