Job Description Job Description Bake Assistant Temp-to-Hire | Daytime & Some Weekends $13–$15/hour to start Collegeville, PA Expectations of Bake Assistant: Support the Baker with the following tasks: Mix and prepare batches according to established recipes and production schedules Frost cakes and cupcakes to bakery standards and custom order specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable bakery counter Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate and collaborate with bakers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: Ability to work daytime shifts and weekends as needed Previous bakery or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment Reliable and detail-oriented Benefits: Hourly pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days Fun, friendly, and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within the franchise Be part of a bakery that brings smiles to customers every day Please share this opportunity!
