This person will be tasked with leading a team of 25+ individuals and manage workflow processes for multiple production lines.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience
• Ability & willingness to work 2nd shift (shift hours 3pm - 11:30pm)

      • Understand end-to-end plant's operations (from receiving to material handling to manufacturing to packaging to shipping) and maintain all workflow processes for each product line
      • Manage hourly staff to ensure safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and facility cleanliness is maintained
      • Responsible for training all shift employees as well as assessing talent and creating employee development plans
