Job Description About the Practice : Winik Psychology is a busy,
evidence-based private practice in Scarsdale, NY specializing in
the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD across
the lifespan. Our collaborative, supportive environment prioritizes

ethical best practices. About the Role : We are seeking a licensed
mental health clinician (PhD, PsyD, or LCSW) with strong expertise
in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience working with
children, adolescents, and adults to join our practice in a hybrid
role. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering
individualized, evidence-based interventions and adept at engaging
diverse clients across developmental stages. Clinical
Responsibilities : Provide individual therapy to children,
adolescents, and adults with a primary focus on anxiety and OCD,
using CBT and related evidence-based modalities. Conduct thorough
clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor
progress. Collaborate with colleagues, parents/caregivers, schools,
and other providers as clinically appropriate. Maintain timely,
high-quality clinical documentation and uphold ethical practice
standards. Participate in clinical consultation, case discussion,
and professional development opportunities. Qualifications : Active
license to practice in New York State Demonstrated competency in
CBT and related evidence-based interventions. Experience working
effectively with children, adolescents, and adult clients. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a
practice setting. Required Skills : Expertise in Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Experience treating children,
adolescents, and adults. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Experience
in a hybrid clinical practice model. Pay range and compensation
package : Competitive fee-for-service compensation structure.
