These are registry positions with our company. $100 Sign-On Bonus Pay Rate: $60 / hour *W2 Shift details: 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am/days vary Job description: Medical and mental health history taking, initial/ongoing physical and mental status examination, assessment, suicide screening and observation upon arrival to the facility to identify patients' health needs and form a baseline data. Facilitates therapeutic communication and establish individualized Nursing care plan. Carry out independent and interdependent nursing interventions Administering prescribed medications and monitoring for any adverse effect. Set up and maintain I.V line. Continuous pain assessment and management. Patient education to create awareness and insight of health status.
