Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pathology Assistant - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel SHIFT TIMES: 9a-5p or 10a-6p Monday-Friday alternating weekends WORK SITE: 270-05 76th Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 PATHOLOGISTS’ ASSISTANT Required: NYS License as a Pathologists’ Assistant; ASCP Preferred: Experience with complex cancer specimens Brand new grossing room with 10 stations (and windows) Exakt bone saw Biopsies and complex specimens with the opportunity to gross across a broad or narrow range of cases. 40k cases annually, including all subspecialties (Breast, GI, GU, Head & Neck, Pediatric, Bone and Soft tissue, etc.) Adults & peds Voicebrook dictation system pb About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
