In this role, you will be integral in providing top-notch dialysis care to patients in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our Dialysis RNs are critical in our mission to deliver comprehensive, home-based and in-facility patient care. This position demands a compassionate professional with excellent clinical skills and a deep understanding of patient care in renal therapy settings. Assessing patient condition and planning and implementing patient care plans Operating dialysis equipment and monitoring patient response to treatment interventions Coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Ensuring adherence to all facility policies and procedures Educating patients and families on dialysis procedures and management strategies Maintaining professionalism and technical knowledge through ongoing education and training Strong clinical skills in a renal care setting Proficiency in using dialysis machines and related medical software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in nephrology nursing preferred
