Job Description:
Join the dedicated team at Tender Touch Rehab Services as a
Physical Therapist Floater and contribute to our mission of
providing personalized rehabilitation therapy. In this role, you
will travel between our partner facilities to deliver high-quality
physical therapy designed to meet individualized patient needs. The
position requires adaptability and a strong commitment to patient
care, ensuring continuity of therapy services in various settings.
Provide physical therapy services to patients based on their
assessed needs and in accordance with established care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare staff at each facility to integrate
therapy into overall care management. Adapt treatment plans to the
changing needs of patients across different environments. Document
patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Ensure
compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well
as professional standards. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient
environment and response to therapy High proficiency in manual
therapy techniques and patient assessment Excellent organizational
and time management skills Ability to handle physical demands of
the job, including moving and lifting patients Medical Insurance

Physical Therapy license CPR certification recommended
