HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a 13-week
travel assignment in Valhalla, NY. The RN will provide
post-anesthesia care for pediatric patients following surgical
procedures, ensuring safe recovery and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to pediatric
patients in the PACU following surgery - Monitor vital signs,
assess patient status, and respond to post-operative complications
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Communicate
effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare
team - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in
compliance with facility standards - Support patient and family
education and comfort during recovery Requirements: - Minimum 2
years of PACU experience - ACLS and BLS certifications required -
Pediatric surgical experience preferred - Strong assessment,
critical thinking, and communication skills - Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Contact
