Neonatal ICU RN - Nights We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) with NICU experience to join a leading hospital team in New Jersey. This position is ideal for a nurse who is confident in high-acuity, critical care environments and comfortable caring for both adult ICU and neonatal ICU (NICU) populations. The role offers 12-hour night shifts and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: -Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including NICU-level newborns and adult ICU patients -Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and infusion pumps, and respond rapidly to changes in condition -Collaborate with neonatologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care -Administer medications and treatments as prescribed -Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families -Document all care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards -Maintain a safe, sterile, and compassionate patient environment At Sable Corporation, we connect RNs, CNAs, and allied health professionals with contract and per diem opportunities at hospitals across California.
