Job Description:
Seeking a motivated Clinical Care Coordinator with RN licensure
to oversee resident assessments, documentation, and referrals.
Offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly wages
($44.45-$50.45), including MI pass-through pay until 09.30.25.
Provides tuition and education loan reimbursement programs.
Responsibilities include conducting resident interviews, managing
data collection, supervising care, reviewing labs, assisting with
physician rounds, and leading infection prevention efforts.
Requires strong interpersonal, time management, and customer
service skills.
