Were on the lookout for a passionate, skilled Dental Assistant to travel with our Oral Surgeon between offices located in Danbury, Newtown, and New Milford.What You'll Enjoy:A comprehensive benefits package to support you both in and out of the officeA competitive salary that reflects your experience and skillsA dynamic, collaborative team of professionals who love what they do!Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide seamless chairside support to experienced dentists using efficient four-handed dentistry techniquesPrepare treatment rooms meticulously, ensuring all instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and ready for usePromptly break down and reset treatment rooms post-procedure, returning instruments for immediate sterilizationOrganize and set up procedure trays according to the days patient charts and expected treatmentsDaily morning meeting and team schedule review, anticipating the doctor's needs in advanceGreet, seat, and screen patients - communicating patient concerns effectively to the doctorTake alginates, pour and trim models or scan utilizing the iTero scannerCapture high-quality diagnostic images, including PA, bitewing, panoramic, and 3D/CBCT x-rays as neededEnsure operatories are consistently well-stocked and organized to support efficient patient careRequirements:Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to bring warmth, empathy, and positive energy to every patient interactionMust be willing to travel between Danbury, Newtown, and New Milford.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience chairside assisting in Oral Surgery & IV Sedation.Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider, certified through the American Heart AssociationDANB Radiation Health & Safety CertificationDANB Infection Control CertificationA growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and continually improveHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)A team-oriented spirit and genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, patient-first practice culture!A desire to become part of our family-oriented team & support our mission to deliver the best patient experience possible!BenefitsComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for the family401(k)401(k) employer contributionFlexible spending accountEmployer Paid Life insuranceReferral programRetirement planAt an office supported by Archway Dental Partners, were committed to supporting you.
