• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
