Join Takeda as a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Knowledge
Management Solutions where you will execute optimal global Medical
Knowledge and Content Management strategy by leveraging
best-in-class system solutions and contribute to innovative
Knowledge & Content Management projects as subject matter expert
able to provide system design recommendations and to ensure system
readiness from a business perspective.
You will ensure Content Management solution alignment with all
relevant SOPs, Compliance requirements and general business needs
across Takeda. You will also ensure that Global Medical
organization has access to relevant Scientific content to support
its mission, using appropriate technology and content
classification methodologies. You will act as a business support
point of escalation for the Medical Affairs Knowledge Management
solutions (Content management technology, search engines, digital
delivery solutions, content utilization analytics). As part of the
GMA Business Solutions & Analytics team, you will report to the
Head of, GMA Business Solutions & Analytics.
How you will contribute: Support GMA Knowledge Management projects
execution by providing design recommendations and assisting with
various tasks: data preparation, data cleanup and upload, testing,
user setup and verification, training.
Perform business administration tasks in Knowledge Management
solutions, primarily in Veeva Vault
Develop best practices and task documentation for business
administration tasks
Serve as GMA support escalation point for Knowledge Management
solutions, monitor IT support quality and collaborate with IT
support and vendors to improve service levels and ensure resolution
of requests and issues.
Monitor data quality in Content Management system feeding our
Knowledge Management solutions and recommend relevant remediation
or preventive measures.
Monitor technology advancements, software vendors offering and
knowledge management best practices to recommend innovative
relevant solutions to deliver new internal or external services
supporting Global Medical's mission around Medical evidence
delivery.
Solicit customer and stakeholder feedback on operations service
offerings
Perform required system audit tasks to ensure compliance
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: BS in Medical Field or
Computer Science
5 or more years' experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with
experience in Medical Affairs
Analytical skills (problem solving, business process analysis,
process mapping
Understanding of content management concepts and technology (Veeva
Vault preferred)
Project management skills
Patience, diplomacy and listening skills
Experience working on global initiatives with colleagues of diverse
cultures and expertise
Curiosity and constant willingness to learn and grow in new areas
of expertise
Written and oral communication skills (occasional presentations,
interactions with all levels of hierarchy, with various
geographical areas)

This position is currently classified as "remote" in accordance
with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000, based on candidate
professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for
Short Term and Long-Term Incentive benefits. Employees are eligible
to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k),
Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation,
