DescriptionBRONX PERMANENT HOUSING PROGRAM MANAGER - VILLA AVENUEBeacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks a Program Manager for its Bronx Permanent Housing buildings on Villa Avenue, which includes 93 apartments for individuals and families with a head-of-household who have a Serious Mental Illness. The Program Manager oversees the program's operations, ensures compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, and adheres to BOH's Policies and Procedures. The Program Manager is on-call 24/7, works closely with the on-site Property Management Company, and maintains strong relationships with the community. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 annually.Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline
• At least three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use populations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, flexibly, and responsibly
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
