- Provide Level 2 on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices during site migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and peripheral issues (break/fix support).
- Re-image, configure, and set up systems, applications, and devices for end users.
- Support and coordinate repairs for printers and other peripherals.
- Manage incident tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and adhere to SLAs.
- Install and configure devices and software, including Windows, Mac OS, and Android platforms.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and participate in site events.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams.
- Provide both onsite and remote IT support, including disaster recovery and emergency response.
- Document procedures, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Apply knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, O365, Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, Group Policy, firewalls), and ITIL processes.
- Deliver excellent troubleshooting and customer service to end users.
- Must be a U.S. citizen willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Strother, Kansas (and possibly other listed locations) for a 6-month assignment.
