Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will possess advanced specialized tax expertise and demonstrate strong communication skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:--- Review research findings, tax returns, and work papers, formulating conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards--- Understand and follow the firm's policies, procedures, and professional standards--- Provide excellent client service, anticipating their needs and adapting to their priorities and agenda--- Generate new business by building and leveraging strong internal/external networks--- Dedicate time to coaching and developing others on the team--- Manage progression of quality deliverables on time, in scope, and within budget--- Assist with estate tax examinations--- Maintain knowledge of MS Office and other accounting and tax software programsQualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation/MBA is a plus)--- CPA required--- 3+ years of tax management experience--- Experience in the real estate and construction industry is preferred--- Strong technical skills in taxation--- Other computer skills and abilities as needed--- 5+ years of work experienceGet in Touch -We want to hear from you!
