Job Description:
Position SummaryResponsible for driving CRM acquisition and
growth while overseeing CRM governance, strategy, and
innovation.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving CRM
acquisition and growth while overseeing CRM governance, strategy,
and innovation. Lead strategic initiatives including the following:
Digital Marketing: CRM, program management, campaigns, marketing
technology; DTC: strategy, consumer experience. Lead operational
initiatives, including the following: Consumer KPIs:
audience/database, Senior, ROI. Develop audience and data growth
business plans inclusive of investment requirements and the
resulting value creation. Lead the CRM Governance team; own &
optimize the end-to-end CRM operation. Lead the Cross-business
stewardship: Demand Generation, Experiential, eCommerce, and the
Global SLAs: supporting KPIs. Drive global CRM playbook adoption
for cross-device marketing, hyper-personalization, and consumer
journey analysis map to KPIs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to
assemble future requirements for the platform and improve
operational and go-to-market execution. Lead the definition of new
approaches with channel partners (e.g., retailers) to improve
data-driven collaboration for marketing strategies. Partner with
analytics, big data, and media teams to define consumer segments
and creative approaches through data-driven insights. Manage
relationships with key enablement partners (e.g., Adobe) to drive
holistic CRM program management. Be accountable to consumer and
business KPIs which are aligned with short and long-term
goals.Skills and QualificationsMasters degree in Business
Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2
years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related
role. In Lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience,
Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 5
years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in
job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of
experience (5 years in possession of a relevant Bachelors Degree)
in the following: (1) CRM Campaign Planning and Execution,
including implementation of established best practices; (2) CRM
List Growth / Acquisition strategy and execution; (3) CRM
multi-channel campaign experience, including Email & Push
Notification + text; (4) CRM audience segmentation and targeting;
(5) Employment of test/learn/scale approach for D2C marketing
touchpoints; (6) Knowledge of consumer data and associated
platforms including Adobe, Google, and Acxiom; and (7) Campaign
optimization through Performance based Marketing approach.
