Position Summary

Manager, Services Administration

Service Administration team manages the contract relationship between Samsung and our service vendors, including amendments and rates. In addition, assures compliance to insurances, back ground checks, and training.

The Manager, Services Administration will report to the Field Service Admin Sr Manager and be responsible for overseeing, keeping active projects moving, report on active projects and supporting escalations within the Admin. Team.

Role and Responsibilities


  • Network Contract Processing and amendments
  • Onboarding Training for ASC/BE Accounts
  • GSPN Id creation
  • Back Ground Check vendor relationship
  • Network Announcements and Policies Implantation Processing
  • Direct management of team members work activities
  • Manage Annual Budget: 400K for Uniforms for network
  • May require 10% business travel
  • Supports Sr. Director Field Service and Sr. Manager Service Administration
  • Interacts and manages Service Network Vendors
  • Prepares weekly status reports to VP of Care Operations
  • Monitors Vendor contract timelines, employee daily tasks, memo creation for policy changes, and new uniform designs and purchasing
  • Tracks contract changes and amendments for network and confirms management approvals
  • Manages timely processing of contracts and IDs to enable payments for labor, parts, and credit lines to prevent customer delays
  • Directly manage productivity of team members to accomplish above tasks within needed timelines and help lead day to day operations
  • Interacts with legal team, credit teams, GPCA, and warranty teams to assure contract compliance- Managing these departmental relationships to ensure successful and timely processing of each departments responsibility in work flow process

    Skills & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 6+ years relevant equivalent business experience
    • Requires- Proficient in Microsoft products including Power Point word, and excel
    • Prefer 3+ years' experience in Field Service operations
    • Prefer bilingual English & Korean reading and written
    • Experience in managing employees and inter departmental business relationships
    • Deep understanding of navigating Samsung polices and legal contracts
    • Proficient in using Samsung system, setting up accounts accesses, and simple training concept development
    • Engaged in collaboration with legal teams and field service managers
    • Possess good Time Management skills
    • Have Superior written and verbal skills
    • Detail oriented, especially for contracts and outgoing communications
    • Task Driven and proactive in anticipating business issues
