Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
maternity leave coverage in Lackawanna County, followed by
itinerant student services in the Dunmore, PA area. This contract
role offers 35 hours per week, with part-time candidates also
considered. The start date is ASAP, with the contract concluding on
August 7, 2026. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language
therapy services to school-aged children in a school setting. -
Provide support for maternity leave coverage initially,
transitioning to itinerant student caseloads in the spring. -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop
and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). - Maintain
accurate clinical documentation in accordance with school district
and state guidelines. - Participate in meetings and contribute to
multidisciplinary team efforts. Qualifications: - Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology. - Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure. - Proven
school-based experience supporting pediatric populations. - Ability
to obtain and complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances. -
Reliable transportation required for onsite work across multiple
locations in Lackawanna County and Dunmore. - Interview process
will be conducted via Zoom. Location: Onsite in the Pittston, PA
area. This role does not offer telepractice or VOCO optionsonsite
presence is mandatory to ensure effective service delivery. If you
