Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to drive behavioral excellence and shape ABA programming. Position Overview: - Conduct Comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) focused on proactive student outcomes and independence. - Provide direct supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming, ensuring all individualized curricula are implemented with high fidelity across diverse educational settings. - Collect, interpret, and monitor behavioral data to evaluate plan effectiveness, making real-time modifications to ensure student goals are met. - Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide professional development and model crisis management techniques.
