Specifically, looking for someone who is experienced in animation and motion graphics for ad spaces. The branding has already been established, so there is no need to choose colors or layout. The focus is on bringing the text and typography to life within Instagram and Facebook.
Aside from having a good portfolio with excellent design skills, it's crucial to find someone who is a professional communicator. Half of the job requires designing, and the other half involves explaining your work, how you arrived at your design decisions, and why you made those choices.
