Job Description:

currently seeking a dedicated Loader Operator for our 2nd shift,
who will play a crucial role in handling materials essential for
our projects. This position requires precision and adherence to
safety standards to support our operations in producing asphalt,
aggregates, and concrete products. Operate front-end loaders and
other heavy equipment to move materials around the site Load and
unload construction materials from trucks and into hoppers Monitor
and manage materials feed to production lines Perform routine
maintenance and safety checks on loaders and other equipment Adhere
to safety guidelines and company standards at all times Communicate
effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient
workflow Keep logs of operations and report any discrepancies or
issues to the shift supervisor Proven experience in operating heavy
machinery, specifically front-end loaders Strong understanding of
construction site safety protocols Basic mechanical skills for
routine maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to follow
instructions and operate in a dynamic environment Medical Insurance
401k Valid loader operator certification OSHA Safety Training
Certificate preferred
