Liro Group, a premier multi-disciplinary firm headquartered in Syosset, NY, with a rich history in enhancing urban infrastructure, is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, coupled with impeccable organizational and leadership skills, to drive projects from conception to completion. Lead project planning sessions to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company goals. Coordinate staff and internal resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report to management as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring good communication and relationship management. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and legal regulations. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project. Ability to manage large budgets and complete high-quality projects promptly. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
