Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage and grow the team's social media presence, curating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
--- Create and manage a content strategy as it relates to all aspects of the business.
--- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the Hoboken market.
--- Manage and enhance the Jill Biggs Group's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
--- Create and execute listing campaigns that showcase properties effectively, attract potential buyers or renters, and generate quality leads.
--- Drive lead generation through well-executed digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and other online channels.
--- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize results.
--- Collaborate with internal team members, external vendors, and partners to create high-quality marketing collateral that effectively promotes the Jill Biggs Group and its listings.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
--- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist within the real estate industry, with a focus on the Hudson County market.
--- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an eye for design and attention to detail.
--- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
--- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
--- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of real estate marketing trends and best practices.
