Job OverviewInternational Delights LLC., a Northeast leader in the manufacture of upscale baked goods since 1986, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Associate to develop and implement creative ideas, create content for various marketing material, and support the sales and marketing teams in projects, campaigns, and product launches.Be part of a small team that works closely to analyze marketing strategies and develop new marketing programs aimed at increasing sales and company growth. If you're a hard-working, dedicated, hands-on, creative, and passionate individual, this is the job for you.Responsibilities:Create and implement communications programs, and when necessary, work closely with marketing and design firms to promote the company s image and products, including graphics, logos, copy, brochures, fact sheets, sell sheets, trade exhibits, website, or other promotional products.Work with the marketing team to analyze current marketing strategies and develop new and improved marketing practices.Prepare monthly and/or quarterly marketing and sales reports.Monitor and analyze brand / product performance and make ongoing recommendations.Assist with organizing and participate in promotional events and trade shows.Manage the content, development, and execution of B2B sales communication material, presentations, sell sheets, fliers, etc Coordinate and support new product launches by developing B2B and B2C marketing communications materials.Administrative tasks within the Marketing and Sales Departments.Requirements:2+ years experience in Marketing or related field.Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar degree.Solid computer skills including Excel, Word, and Power Point.Graphic Design skills
InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop knowledge a plus.Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize under pressure.Strong attention to detail, with simultaneous ability to see the big picture.Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.Food & beverage industry / CPG experience a plus.Flexibility and willingness to help out wherever needed.Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
