detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract
basis in Bronx, New York. In this role, you will play a critical
part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing
within our hospice department. This position requires strong typing
skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment. Responsibilities: • Perform accurate and efficient
data entry tasks with a focus on precision. • Audit and cross-check
data entries to ensure consistency and correctness. • Collaborate
with team members to meet tight deadlines and maintain workflow
standards. • Handle high volumes of numeric and alphanumeric data
entry. • Utilize computer systems and software to input and manage
information effectively. • Maintain confidentiality and follow
organizational protocols for data security. • Identify and resolve
discrepancies in data entries to ensure completeness. • Support
team members with quality control processes to uphold accuracy. •
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team leads to report progress and
address challenges.• Proven experience in data entry with a focus
on accuracy and speed. • Ability to type between 45-60 words per
minute with minimal errors. • Familiarity with data entry software
and computer systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to
detect errors in large datasets. • Excellent organizational skills
and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience
working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. •
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data
security protocols.
