*School Health Office Nurse - Part Time*


Horizon Healthcare Staffing currently has a need for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work part time, 2 days per week as a Health Office School Nurse in Lodi, NJ.


*Assignment*: 2023 School Year


*Location*: Lodi, NJ


*Schedule*: Fridays, and a second day of your choice (M, T, W, TH)


*Hours*: 8:00am-2:30pm




*A day in the life of a School Nurse includes:*


--- Providing first aid care and medically prescribed services.


--- Serving as a resource person on health issues.


--- Screening and conducting health appraisals for students and staff.


--- Corresponding with parents on health needs of children.


--- Recording immunizations, health findings, and other relevant health data.

--- Possess an active BLS/CPR card.


--- Hold a NJ Nursing License


--- Must be willing to get your New Jersey Department of Education Fingerprints (We fully reimburse!)
